What We Believe

The following are the core beliefs of Revival Point Church based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.

We believe In the Holy Scriptures as originally given by God,
divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy,
and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons:
Father, Son, & Holy Spirit.

We believe In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ,
in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles,
in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood,
in His bodily resurrection,
in His ascension to the right hand of the Father,
and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that man, created in the image of God,
rebelled against His Creator and as a result incurred spiritual death, which is separation from God.
We also believe all are sinners and can not be saved apart from
the redeeming work of Christ

We believe in the salvation of lost and sinful man through the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ by faith apart from works,
and regeneration by the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the Holy Spirit,
by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life,
to witness and work for the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit
and the exercise of spiritual gifts.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the unity of the spirit of all true believers—the Church,
the Body of Christ.

We believe and practice the sacraments of the historic church,
that being Communion & Water Baptism.

We believe that God, our Creator established marriage as a sacred institution and covenant between one man and one woman.
